Why are we doing this?

The WESURF project was born out of the realization that in our world, we should not wait for a wave, but create one & ride it.
In professional life as in sea, only a small % are women. Those who dare to become entrepreneurs, VCs, Techies and surfers are a minority. We wish to diversify the entire landscape. We do it by bringing daring women together and teaching them how to surf.
